Being a human is hard. I can help you navigate.

Hello, I’m Sandy!

I have a deep passion for mental health and wellbeing, specifically self-compassion. For seventeen years, I worked in television, primarily casting The Bachelor. I got sober in 2015, and that is when my inner work began. I struggled with substance use, anxiety, panic, and depression. After a lot of time getting to know myself, accepting, and forgiving, I eventually experienced a sense of peace that I never imagined could be possible. I’ve never looked back. In 2023, I shifted my career focus and started working as a residential clinical assistant with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, and BPD. I am Certified in both Life and Recovery Coaching through IAPRC as well as a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician through CCAPP. I thrive equally in individual and group settings. My approach is simple; Meet people where they are with kindness and compassion. As a practicing Buddhist, I’ve been meditating for over nine years, which has nourished my ability to listen deeply and compassionately. With time and a lot of effort, I have discovered my path to a healthy and happy life. I’m excited to help you find yours.
